Juan Ramón Ayuso

- Industrial Engineer by the E.T.S. Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid (UPM) and Executive MBA by the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).

- +20 years in the public business entity IDAE (Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy), since 2000, supporting the development of wind energy in Spain.

- Since 2013, head of the Wind Energy Department of the IDAE, which in 2021 was renamed "Wind and Marine Energy Department".

Among other responsibilities and functions:

- Technical responsible for wind projects participated by the IDAE.

- Participant in the preparation of all the Renewable Energy Plans in Spain in this 21st century, both in the wind energy area and in cross-cutting issues for all renewable energies.

- During this period, he has provided technical support to the current MITERD for the development of the regulatory framework affecting wind installations in Spain.

- Member of various working groups, both nationally and internationally, related to the development of wind energy and aid programmes for investment or R&D&I activities in the sector.

- Member of the development team for the "Roadmap for Offshore Wind and Marine Energy in Spain", as well as for the implementation of the measures it contemplates, including the actions entrusted to the IDAE for aid programmes for technological development.
