Enrique de la Rica

My professional life revolves around my four big passions: entrepreneurship, sharing, transforming and innovating.

As an entrepreneur, I have started different companies and participated in the creation of startups as a mentor and investor. I was co-founder and I currently lead ESEUNE, one of the leading Spanish business schools and one of the first European ones to set up a branch in China where we merge the talent from the East and the West.

By being an entrepreneur I am constantly learning and my second passion consists of sharing what I have learned. I collaborate as a guest professor in academic institutions, organizations and congresses in different countries. I have given more than 100 lectures and 200 seminars worldwide.

My third passion consists of transforming organizations, overcoming the organizational model inherited from the second industrial revolution and adapting companies to the new century by developing new business models. As Innovation-Coach, I contribute to developing the innovation muscle and the adaptation ability of people and organizations to change.

And after being an entrepreneur, learning, sharing and transforming I mull over and research. I have published many articles and several books on marketing, innovation and e-business.

My main milestones have been turning ESEUNE into an innovative and global business school where students and teachers from four continents share experiences today; designing an MBA with periods in ten of the most exciting cities in the world; setting up in China a business incubator in which we merge talent and ideas from the East and West and above all, I have contributed to the professional and personal development of thousands of people who have had the kindness and patience to listen to my ideas in conferences and seminars conducted all over the world.

In my private life I enjoy traveling around the world, skiing in winter and sailing in summer with my wife and my two boys. And golf all around the year!
