Challenge Reconnecting talent with the corporate culture, despite the full-remote

ENCAMINA has always used teleworking, but after COVID it has become generalised and full-remote, which has many advantages (access to talent everywere for ENCAMINA, saving time and money on travel, flexibility and personal conciliation for the team), but it is progressively giving clear signs of disconnection of people with the corporate culture and the company, of disaffection with the rest of the people in the team and of lower individual productivity.
HOW COULD WE?
Reconnecting talent with the corporate culture, despite the full remote. We need ideas and/or tools to reconnect employees with the company and with other employees that are more effective than those we currently have.
We have many measures in place: social media communicating what's going on in the offices together with a very active Yammer corporate social network for social info, weekly open digital trainings/presentations, fun bi-weekly hybrid social events "encanews", monthly digital townhalls, digital Tribe weeklies, digital squad dailies, mentions and congratulations everywhere, ... but it doesn't seem enough because people don't even connect to the digital events or read on social media, or participate.
