Founder and Managing Director of Actimpact Consulting Team SL in Alicante, Spain. He holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Member of the Executive Team of Pepsi Cola, responsible for the beverage sales in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. In 2002 he started his own firm in Training, Coaching & Consultancy. With his colleagues at Actimpact he helps leaders and their teams to identify and remove the obstacles in the way of substantial sales, profit and market share growth. Over the last years, Joost has worked with ompanies like Unilever, Sara Lee, Heineken, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Royal Dutch Telecom, The Colomer Group, OHIM, Vodafone and Reckitt Benckiser in Europe, USA, South Africa, Russia and South America. Joost teaches at the International MBA program of Fundesem Business School in Alicante. Joost's key qualifications are in the areas of implementing winning strategies, building leadership teams, upgrading sales talent, mastering negotiation, re-defining business models and entrepreneurship.
