CEEI Valencia brings the BLUE DEAL project to VIgo at the Thematic Seminar on Marine Renewable Energies
More than 140 experts from the private, public and administrative spheres attended this conference

On February 4, the Port Authority of Vigo held a Seminar on Marine Renewable Energies. This event was a space for dialogue to share the latest news on the marine renewable sector with companies, research groups, associations and other entities interested in it.
During the event, Juan Pablo Torregrosa, Head of European Projects at CEEI Valencia, participated in the round table "Zero emissions: Ports towards energy self-sufficiency" and presented the BLUE DEAL project to attendees; which aims to create a favorable environment for BE's investments and to develop sustainable actions in the Mediterranean economy.
This event has been organized by the PORTOS project (Ports towards energy self-sufficiency) and framed in the Blue Growth Strategy of the Port of Vigo and financed by the Interreg Atlantic Area program aims to explore, develop and promote the implementation of Renewable Marine Energies in the ports of the Atlantic Area as a formula for the contribution and promotion of sustainable development including, in addition to the port environment, its entire area of influence.
More than 140 experts from the private, public and administrative spheres attended this event, 18 as speakers and 124 as an audience (24 as partners of the PORTOS project and 100 as guests).
